At Horizon Medical Clinic, we offer the full spectrum of adult and young adult primary care medical services, including:

• Annual Physical Exams (which are usually at no cost through most PPO insurances
• Annual women’s health and gynecological exams, including Pap smears and HPV testing
• Contraceptive care including IUD removals and Nexplanon implant placement
• Full spectrum STD testing
• Management of high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol
• Mental health management including depression, anxiety, ADHD
• Full spectrum acute and chronic medical issue evaluation and treatment, including upper respiratory infections (colds and flu), headaches, sinus problems, gastrointestinal problems, orthopedic problem, skin disorders in consultation with our on-staff dermatologists, etc.
• Referrals for age-appropriate cancer screening
• We do not currently offer vaccinations. We recommend seeing your local pharmacy for this service.
